I am learning to use capital letters and full stops

I am learning to use capital letters correctly:
I use a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence.
I use a capital letter for the word ‘I.’
I use a capital letter for names of things.

I am learning to use full stops correctly:
I use a full stop at the end of a sentence.

When I grow up I want to be the police because I can drive a special car and catch bad people.
My reflection

I am learning to use capital letters and full stops in the right place.  I found it hard to spell special in the right place.  I found it hard to think of what to write down.  I was proud of sitting my letters on the line.  The next step is to remember to check for full stops.  The teacher can help me get ideas so I can write things down quickly.

Well done Ruby- you show a good understanding of capital letters. Remember a full stop goes at the end of a sentence (a complete idea that makes sense) and joining words e.g. because go in the middle of a sentence. You also need to remember to re-read your sentences and check they make sense.
